01Acceptance of Terms of Use

• Has never had an account closed at exgo88 due to fraud, misconduct, or prior breach of terms

Exgo88 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts found not meeting these eligibility requirements will be closed immediately, and any remaining balance will be returned subject to a full review.

03Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at exgo88. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information provided during registration or at any time thereafter may result in immediate account closure. You are responsible for keeping your account information current whenever changes occur.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. exgo88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all members to add an extra layer of security to your account. Accounts with 2FA enabled are given priority in withdrawal processing.

04Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All transactions on the exgo88 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Available deposit and withdrawal methods include DuitNow, FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

Deposit limits and conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: subject to the selected payment method and account verification level
• All deposits are processed in real-time and credited to your account within minutes
• Exgo88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal limits and conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per request
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours to your bank account or e-wallet
• The bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawal must be in the same name as your exgo88 account
• Exgo88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals for security purposes.
• Any deposit that has not met the minimum wagering requirement (1x turnover) is not eligible for withdrawal

Exgo88 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, exgo88 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account while an investigation is conducted.

05Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Exgo88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the respective offer. Those specific terms form part of these general Terms and should be read together with them.

General principles that apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method, unless otherwise stated
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted
• Exgo88 reserves the right to void any bonus and winnings derived from it if bonus abuse or fraud is found to have occurred.

06General Game Rules

General rules that apply to all games on exgo88:

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by accredited international auditing bodies

07Prohibited Conduct and Activities

Use of the exgo88 platform is subject to the condition that you will not engage in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another individual in registering an additional account

Exgo88 maintains an active 24-hour monitoring system. Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and potential legal action where necessary.

08Account Closure and Suspension

Exgo88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms in this document
• Verification that a member does not meet the age eligibility or jurisdictional requirements
• False or misleading registration information
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Requests from authorised law enforcement agencies
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned via the original payment method, subject to a final review.

Accounts closed due to a terms violation are not eligible to receive any remaining balance or accumulated bonuses.

09Liability Limits and Warranty Disclaimer

The exgo88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. exgo88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, the accuracy of information, or the completeness of services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, exgo88 shall not be liable for:
